This month we’re thrilled to welcome creative coach Beth Barany who will be speaking with us about The Writer’s Stance.
Usually, when people think about mindset, they associate it with self-talk– how they talk to themselves. Or maybe they think mindset is all about attitude. Those aspects of mindset are important, but to be a successful creative on your own terms and to feel like you have your hand on the driver’s wheel of your life, there’s another, more encompassing concept Beth will be addressing, and it’s called stance. The Writer’s Stance.

Award winning science fiction and fantasy novelist, Beth Barany runs her own company teaching science fiction and fantasy novelists how to write, edit, and publish their books as a creativity coach, NLP practitioner, teacher, consultant, and developmental editor. Beth is also the host of the podcast, How To Write The Future, Tips for Fiction Writers.
For fun, Beth enjoys walking, gardening, and watching movies with her husband, thriller author Ezra Barany. They live in Oakland, California with a piano and over 2,000 books.
